Our partnership initiated a collaborative effort with the City of Summit to create a new transit-oriented Gateway Zone in their Master Plan. The zone included complete dimensional ordinances for mixed-use applications to redevelop an old medical facility, which adjoined both the Central Business District and neighboring residential areas. The property was subdivided and sold with rights to develop improvements that included sustainable Class A offices, condominiums, townhouses, and parking.
